Vintage Y2K Shiny Plaid Lined Raincoat. This amazing Y2K raincoat has a colorful plaid lining and with a shiny black outer and a hoodie to keep you dry. Made from 100% vinyl and 100% cotton for the lining and in great condition 8/10 with some light wear as seen in photos. Size tag is not visible and this would best fit an XXS but please compare to measurements below for the best fit!
